Data recovery labs juggle dozens of concurrent cases, each with physical media, donor parts, documents, deadlines and a nervous client waiting for news. Spreadsheets and email break down fast: parts get mislaid, statuses go stale, and clients call because nobody told them their files were ready.
Job Organizer tracks disks, documents, storage and parts; generates online and offline file lists clients can review; handles billing; and gives dealers their own portal. A real-time overview shows every job and its state at a glance.

Clients submit jobs and review recovered files online instead of calling. The lab runs on one system it owns — Job Organizer is installed on the company’s own server, not a web service. It is distributed and supported through our partner HDD Surgery.
