How do we start a project?
A short call or an email describing the problem. Within two working days you get a written proposal: scope, timeline and price. No charge until you approve it.
How long does a typical project take?
A business website: two to four weeks. A webshop: four to eight. A custom application: usually two to four months to the first production version, delivered in working iterations.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full source, documentation and deployment instructions are part of every delivery. You are never locked in — not even to us.
How does payment work?
Projects are split into milestones — typically a start payment and the rest on agreed deliveries. Care Plans and product licenses are billed monthly or yearly through Paddle.
What happens after launch?
Your choice: a Care Plan where we monitor, update and back everything up, or a clean handover to your own team.
Do you work with clients outside Serbia?
Yes — most of our work is remote, in English or Serbian, across European time zones.
